What happens if my proof of eligibility is rejected?

You will be notified by email in case your proof of eligibility is rejected. Please note that you will have the possibility to re-start the process and upload an alternative document on the Registration Portal. This new document will need to be verified as well.

However, if the ticket application period is already closed, your new proof of eligibility will not be considered, and your application will not participate in the lottery.
